Shipping policy

All items are shipped within their respective time frames. 

Custom wigs have a 10-15 day processing time, however we do strive to get customer orders and hair extensions shipped out or available for pickup as soon as possible. 

Customers are 100% responsible for delivery fees to their address. At this time, we only do door to door shipping or pickup for customers who are in close proximity to our salon.
